Mr Ananias Kashikuka
Executive Member

Sole Executive Member of Onambula Investment Group CC, with more than ten years' diversified experience in the civil engineering sector. He has executed projects across Namibia for both the private and public sector, with a client base built largely on referral.

National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Project Management; B-Tech in Civil Engineering specialising in Urban Engineering, Polytechnic of Namibia (now NUST); certification in Business Leadership, University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Mr Khama Nampadhi
Civil Engineer

Proficient in AutoCAD and structural design programs, and in the planning, implementation and management of projects.

Registered Civil Engineer, Reg. No. IE 2019-24, Polytechnic of Namibia (NUST). Nine years' experience in civil and structural design and transportation infrastructure management.

Earlier in his career, before joining Onambula, Mr Nampadhi was responsible for:

  • Overall structural and civil design of the Windhoek Babilon Police Station
  • Platform and driveway layouts for additions and renovations at Murati Secondary School, Opuwo
  • Overall structural and civil design of the Ministry of Youth, National Service, Sport and Agriculture ministerial store building
  • Overall structural and civil design of the Havanna Primary School project, including administration
  • Overall structural and civil design of the Ondangwa Magistrate Court

Mr Martin Shigwedha
Head: Admin and Business Development

Responsible for business growth — identifying opportunities, researching leads, building client relationships and executing business agreements. He provides the communication link between the client and everyone involved in a project.

Bachelor's degree in Administration and Management. Nine years' experience in the corporate sector.
